Even if the Section 32 doesn’t identify notices or orders, you can request a Property Information Report from the local council, which may contain additional information about enforcement actions, illegal works, or breaches of planning or building permits.

The report could identify:

Building Orders: Council-imposed orders that require remedial works or demolition.
Enforcement Orders: Orders related to non-compliance with planning and building regulations.
Planning Violations: Breaches of planning approvals or zoning laws.
Outstanding Fines or Penalties: Unpaid fines related to property violations.

To get this report, contact the council where the property is located and request a specific search for building orders, enforcement actions, or outstanding compliance issues on your property.

A Property Information Report from the council will provide details about any active or pending enforcement actions, such as:

Building orders (orders to rectify non-compliant building works)
Planning enforcement notices (notices about unauthorized land use or activities)
Fines or penalties related to the property
Outstanding compliance issues or illegal works
